At Alpine Pop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.

Certain items such as personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
