ClearPass Mini Tote

The gate said clear.
It didn't say basic.

A folded-corner mini tote in optical-clear vinyl, finished in real-feel leather trim and gunmetal hardware. Built to pass security. Designed to survive being photographed.

Gate check

Nine seconds at the gate. Then it's just a nice bag.

Security sees everything at a glance, so there's no rummage, no re-scan, no standing to one side while your friends walk in. You keep the line moving and keep the outfit intact.

Why this one

Four things
the cheap ones
can't do.

It stands up empty

Bonded seams and a flat structured base mean it holds the silhouette with nothing in it. No sagging plastic pouch collapsing against your hip in every photo.

The flap is the one thing they can't see

A snap-closed leather panel sits over the opening. Park your cards and phone behind it and the whole bag stops feeling like a display case.

Three bags in one clasp

Top handles for the walk in, adjustable strap for the crowd, strap off entirely for dinner after. It unclips in a second — no tools, no fuss.

Rain, drinks, dust — irrelevant

A spilled cup at a standing show is a wipe, not a disaster. The vinyl doesn't stain, absorb or hold a smell the way canvas and nylon do.

One size · One decision · Done
In motion

Clear reads as expensive when the trim does the talking.

Rolled leather-look handles, top-stitched on every panel. Gunmetal swivel clasps. A single dome stud. Strip the colour out of a bag and the hardware becomes the whole outfit — so we spent it there.

Built to the gate standard

Turned away
is not a look.

  • Sized under the 12" × 6" × 12" rule. The dimension most stadiums and arenas copied word for word into their own policy.
  • Tote and crossbody, not a backpack. Clear backpacks get rejected constantly for straps, compartments and size. This shape doesn't have that problem.
  • Untinted, unprinted, unobstructed. No smoke, no all-over logo, no hardware panels blocking the view. Guards can clear it without opening it.
  • Fits phone, cards, keys, gloss, a compact. Everything you actually carry to a show. Nothing you'd have to leave in the car.

Bag rules are set by each venue and can change by event. Check your venue's current policy before you travel — it takes thirty seconds and it's the only thing standing between you and the floor.

Worn

Sits high on the hip. Doesn't swing into the crowd.

The strap adjusts short enough to ride at the waist, which is where you want it in a standing crowd — visible, reachable, and out of everyone else's elbows.

The anatomy

Every part you'd
notice up close.

iFolded corner gussets

The triangular fold at each end is what gives a flat sheet of vinyl a shape. It's why this reads as a tote and not a pouch.

iiFull-width top zip

Closes edge to edge with a leather pull. Nothing tips out when you bend down for your seat.

iiiSnap-stud front flap

The single opaque panel. Doubles as the closure you can open one-handed while holding a drink.

ivGunmetal swivel clasps

Weighted lobster hooks on both ends of the strap. They click. Nothing about them feels like a keychain.

vRolled top handles

Stitched, not glued, and set at a width that clears a jacket sleeve when you carry it by hand.

viTwo finishes

Ink black for a monochrome fit. Cognac for denim, cream and everything warm. Both on the same silhouette.

Packed

Small on the body. Not small inside.

Phone, cards, keys, gloss, a compact, sunglasses. The flared body opens wider at the top than it looks, so you're not fighting the zip to get one hand in.

In the wild

Festival floor.
Sideline. Front row.

Straight answers

Ask the awkward
questions first.

Will it actually get me through security?

It's built inside the 12" × 6" × 12" standard that most stadiums and arenas adopted, it's untinted, and there's no hardware panel hiding the contents — the three things guards are looking at. Venues set their own rules and can change them per event, so check your venue's page before you go. That's true of every clear bag on the market, including ours.

Does the vinyl crease, cloud or go yellow?

Store it upright rather than folded flat under other bags and it keeps its shape and its clarity. It's a structured panel construction, not a thin film that creases the first time it's squashed. Keep it out of a hot car dashboard for days on end and you won't see the yellowing that kills cheap PVC.

Everyone can see my things. Isn't that the problem?

That's what the flap is for. It's the one opaque panel on the bag and it sits directly over the opening — cards, phone and anything else you'd rather not broadcast go behind it. Everything else is stuff nobody cares about anyway.

Does the strap dig in over a long night?

It's a wide flat strap with a slide adjuster, not a thin cord. Set it short so the bag rides at the hip and the weight sits on your body instead of pulling off one shoulder. Unclip it entirely and carry by the top handles when you're seated.

How do I clean it?

Damp cloth, a drop of dish soap, dry it off. No conditioner, no polish, nothing abrasive on the clear panels. A spilled drink at a standing show is a thirty-second problem.

I have an event on a specific date. Will it arrive?

Order with room to spare — you'll get tracking as soon as it ships so you can watch it move. If the date is tight, message the team before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes it. We'd rather lose the order than have you standing at a gate without it.

Black or cognac?

Black disappears into a monochrome fit and reads sharper at night. Cognac warms up denim, white tees and cream, and photographs softer in daylight. If your festival wardrobe is mostly light-wash denim, take the cognac.

One bag. One decision.

You already picked
the outfit. Finish it.

Gate-ready sizing, leather trim, gunmetal hardware, and a strap that comes off when the night changes shape.
